MOTION IN BALANCE
To move forward freely our hips, knees & feet all need to face forward in alignment with each other. Unilateral tension holding on one side of body can cause rotation of your hips, twisting of the knees and feet pronation. As your body struggles to find it's equilibrium the support muscles behind you like back, gluteal and calf muscles (past issues) tighten and contract affecting the function of muscles in the front of the body, think hip flexors groin & quad muscles (forward movements).
